Who are you, really? Part III: Love
The world is in a state of chaos. Lower level vibrations like hate and anger are causing people to act out in unfortunate ways. Mother Earth is protecting herself from the negative consequences of the destruction of our environment due to human greed. All seems lost.
However, all is not lost. We, individually and collectively, can alter this pattern and help heal ourselves and Mother Earth, bringing peace to our planet. The key is LOVE.
LOVE is a high frequency vibration that can neutralize non-beneficial vibrations. Wakan Tanka (GOD) is LOVE. We are made in the image of Wakan Tanka and have the ability to heal ourselves spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and, consequently, Mother Earth as well.
What holds us back is the belief that we are powerless and are not worthy. Our egos, which Don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements, calls our parasites and Robert Egby, author of Cracking the Glass Darkly, calls our false selves, work diligently to keep us from recognizing and embracing our real selves, loving spirits made in the image of Wakan Tanka.
Beginning at birth, we are told what kind of person we are by the people who surround us as we mature. We make subconscious agreements which foster the ego and accept them to be true. Over time the ego takes on a life of its own and will fight for its survival, even at the cost of your life on this physical plane.
Recognizing that this is the case, we can take steps to replace our false belief systems, allowing our true selves to come forth and radiate love of self and others. Ee-Shua (Jesus) taught that we should love our neighbors as ourselves, even those we disagree with. Once we do this, we can extend our love vibrations to Mother Earth to heal her without the need for major environmental calamities. (I will talk more about this in upcoming blogs.)
To do this we must reprogram our biological computers. Overwriting false beliefs and replacing them with loving, compassionate, joyful beliefs will enable each of us to shine our loving lights upon the world. The first step is to love and forgive yourself. Following is an exercise that you can use to begin the process.
EACH MORNING GO INTO THE BATHROOM AND STANDING IN FRONT OF A MIRROR TURN ON THE COLD WATER. LET THE WATER RUN. THEN LOOKING IN YOUR EYES WITHOUT GLASSES OR CONTACTS, SMILE AND SAY FROM YOUR HEART, (YOUR NAME), I LOVE YOU AND I FORGIVE YOU. SAY THIS OUT LOUD FOUR TIMES ALL THE WHILE LOOKING INTO YOUR EYES.
YOU MAY HAVE SOME DIFFICULTY, INITIALLY, SAYING THE WORDS FROM YOUR HEART. WITH PRACTICE YOU WILL BEGIN TO FEEL MUCH BETTER ABOUT YOURELF. YOU WILL BE HEALING YOUR SELF FROM THE INSIDE OUT.
GIVE THANKS TO WAKAN TANKA (GOD, CREATOR ETC.) FOR LOVING YOU AND NEVER LETTING YOU GO. NOW YOU CAN BEGIN YOUR DAY.
Feel free to share with your networks. Peace and Blessings.
