Forgive

“Judge not, that you may not be judged.” Matthew 7:1

In my previous blog I discussed the importance of loving and forgiving yourself. Love and Forgiveness are powerful healing emotions. Many people do not like, much less love, themselves. These feelings can hinder your body’s healing capabilities. Many people also hold memories of when they had not been treated well, physically, and emotionally. These beliefs also hinder the body’s ability to heal itself. In addition, sometimes we are less than kind to other people. It is important to replace anger, guilt, and shame vibrations with love energy.

Forgive those who have hurt you in some way, physically, mentally, or spiritually. Then, ask forgiveness from those you may have hurt in some way. This may prove to be somewhat difficult as we tend to hold grudges deep within our psyches.

However, I have used the following exercises to help people do this more easily.

When we offer forgiveness and ask for forgiveness, we open our hearts. We peel away old, low vibration memories that hinder our ability to shine as the loving souls Wakan Tanka (God) meant us to be. Doing so enables us to:

1.      Heal ourselves

2.      Facilitate healing in others

3.      Counter the non-beneficial energies of hate and anger with love and compassion

4.      Bring our Mother Earth into balance without the need for environmental disasters

EXERCISES

Use the following exercise to help you do so.

1. VISUALIZE A PERSON WHO HAS HURT YOU IN SOME WAY STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU. SAY TO THAT PERSON, I LOVE YOU AND FORGIVE YOU. AFTER YOU HAVE SAID THIS, SLOWLY ROTATE YOUR HEAD TO THE LEFT, THEN BACK TO THE RIGHT, AND THEN BACK TO THE CENTER.

This has the effect of removing that person’s negative impact on your consciousness and replacing it with love energy. Do this for each person who has hurt you in some way during your life. Over time, you will find that other people may come into your mind who have hurt you in some way. If that happens just repeat this exercise for that person or persons.

2. VISUALIZE A PERSON WHO YOU MAY HAVE HURT IN SOME WAY STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU. SAY TO THAT PERSON, PLEASE FORGIVE ME. I LOVE YOU. AFTER YOU HAVE SAID THIS, SLOWLY ROTATE YOUR HEAD TO THE LEFT, THEN BACK TO THE RIGHT, AND THEN BACK TO THE CENTER.

This has the effect of removing any feelings of guilt or shame you might have held in your subconscious and replacing it with love energy. Do this for each person you have hurt in some way during your life. Over time, you may recall other people you may have hurt in some way. If this happens repeat this exercise for that person or persons.
